Frazzled Prints sells original, handmade linocut prints ("Prints") and related items such as cards, t shirts and other items of clothing with original prints, as well as framed prints. (together, the "Products").
2.1 Every print is handmade
Each Print is hand-carved, hand-inked and hand-printed. This means:
No two prints are identical. Slight variations in ink coverage, texture, registration, paper tone and small marks from the printing process are part of the character of an original linoprint and are not defects.
Colours may differ from your screen. We photograph our work carefully, but screens vary and the colours you see online may differ slightly from the print you receive.
Sizes are approximate. Stated dimensions refer to the paper size and/or image size as described in the listing, and may vary by a few millimetres.
2.2 Editions
Where a Print is sold as part of a limited edition, the listing will state the edition size, and each print will be signed and numbered (e.g. 3/25). Once an edition has sold out, we will not print further copies from the same block in the same size and format. Open-edition prints may be reprinted at any time, and unnumbered prints are not part of a limited edition.
2.3 Framing and presentation
Unless the listing says otherwise, Prints are sold unframed and unmounted. Any frame, mount or packaging shown in product photos is for illustration only and is not included unless stated.
2.4 Original works
Where we sell a one-off original (such as a unique print, monoprint or carved block), the listing will say so. Only one is available and it is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Placing an order is an offer to buy a Product. It is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email (or dispatch the Product, if earlier). A contract is formed at that point.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a Product is out of stock, a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will give you a full refund promptly.
Because our Prints are handmade in small quantities, stock levels are limited. Occasionally two customers may order the last copy at the same time. If this happens we will let you know and refund you in full.
You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
-
Prices are shown in [GBP (£)] and [include / do not include] VAT [delete as appropriate: we are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged]. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees or local taxes if you order from outside the UK. These are charged by your country's authorities, are not included in our prices, and are your responsibility.
Payment is taken in full at checkout via [MasterCard, Visa or PayPal]. We never see or store your full card details; payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Discount codes are valid only for the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
-
We ship to the UK only. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Prints are dispatched within 5 working days of your order, unless the listing states otherwise (for example, made-to-order prints, which may take longer). Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We pack Prints flat in rigid, protective packaging or in a sturdy tube, depending on size. Please let us know promptly if your parcel arrives visibly damaged.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you've nominated to receive it. Ownership of the Products passes to you when we have received full payment and the Products are delivered.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you provided. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may charge for re-shipping.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and, where the loss is confirmed, will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will let you know as soon as we reasonably can.

6.1 Your right to cancel (UK and EU/EEA customers)
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason.
To cancel, tell us clearly in writing (an email to frazzledprints@gmail.com is fine) within that period. You must then return the Products to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products unless they are faulty or not as described.
Please pack the Print carefully (flat, with rigid backing or in a tube) and use a tracked service. You are responsible for the Products until they reach us.
We will refund the price you paid, plus standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you have sent them). We may reduce the refund if the Print has been handled in a way that has reduced its value (for example creased, marked, framed, trimmed or otherwise damaged).
6.2 Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Commissions and personalised items that are made to your specification or clearly personalised (for example, a custom-carved block, a bespoke design, or a print with a personalised dedication); and
Products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed (not usually applicable to our Products).
If you cancel a commission after work has begun, we may charge for work already carried out. This will be explained when the commission is agreed.
6.3 Faulty or damaged items
We aim to make sure every Print arrives in perfect condition. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your Print arrives damaged or faulty, or is materially different from its description:
Contact us at frazzledprints@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery if possible, with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the packaging.
We will offer you a replacement (if available), a repair or a refund, as appropriate, and we will cover reasonable return postage.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.
As explained in section 2.1, natural variations that are part of a handmade original are not faults.
6.4 Customers outside the UK
If you are outside the UK, mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence may also apply, and nothing in these Terms limits them.

If we accept a commission or custom order:
We will agree the subject, size, price, timeline and any other key details with you in writing before work starts.
A deposit of 25% may be required to begin work, which is non-refundable once carving has started.
Because linocut is a handmade, expressive process, the finished work will be an artistic interpretation of your brief, not an exact reproduction. We will share progress images where appropriate and you may request reasonable adjustments at the design stage, but not once carving has started.
Timeframes are estimates. We will keep you informed of any delay.
Copyright in all commissioned work remains with us (see section 8) unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are buying the physical Prints, not the right to reproduce the design.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain the carved block.

https://www.frazzledprints.com/privacy-policy
We handle your personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with (for example, payment processors and delivery carriers), how long we keep it, and your rights. By using the Website you acknowledge that you have read it.
-
The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment providers, shipping carriers and social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
-
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to clause 15.1, we are not liable for: (a) loss or damage that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach; (b) indirect or consequential loss; or (c) loss of profit, business or opportunity (we sell to consumers and do not accept liability for business losses).
Subject to clause 15.1, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the Products concerned.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper framing, display, storage or handling of Prints after delivery, including exposure to direct sunlight, damp or heat. Relief prints are made with oil-based inks on 120gsm paper; for longevity we recommend acid-free mounts and framing away from direct sunlight.
Fabric prints are made with water based ink. Wash the item as described on the label, no hotter than 40 degrees celsius. The prints may slighlty fade over time with repeated washing, this is normal wear and tear.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, postal or courier strikes or disruption, severe weather, fire, supplier or technical failures, or changes in law. We will do our best to let you know and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected order for a refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. Changes take effect for other uses of the Website when posted, with the "Last updated" date above. Please check back periodically.
-
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your order confirmation and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Website and purchases.
Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, this does not mean we have given it up.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to another person or business that takes over Frazzled Prints.
Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first at frazzledprints@gmail.com and we will do our best to put it right. We aim to respond within [3] working days.
